I took 4 sims from matrix specifying an amount of rental charges Rs 300 per sim for usage of my kids in thailand and specified” no internet usage” only calling card. They did not advise me to put cellular data off and have given an exorbitant bills of 25,000 for 2 nights of internet usage. how will we calculate the same and neither is of our concern when they have been specified the same is for minors usage. why should they misguide and give gprs on for people to unintentionally use and get crucufied paying their bills . ineed bills to be reversed and inform public never to use a matrix sim

We regret any inconvenience caused to you, however, the data usages reflecting in the itemized copy of bill valid and genuine. The data consumption was made using the SIM cards, hence, same is billed. Also, data is a default feature like voice and text features, and it get billed only basis the usages are made.
