customer service and complaint register and dealing and talking to the customer which is not acceptable.

I m possessing a washing machine of godrej co. which had problems in every other month so i called the customer care of godrej and asked them to repair but it has been a constant problem that no one heard untill u call them 20 times and call them . and they even talk to everyone in wrong manner which is not acceptable . and only they come when they had to ask for money to increase the contract or when they get money for the work . that contract i dont know is used what reasons when no work could be done until u have to give 3 to 4k to them. the workers (servicemen) have big mouth to speak badly to the customers. the serviceman contact no. 8960244449 was when contacted he said that he shouldn’t have come that was the mistake.
i had called in godrej customer care for 2 months constantly but no call was heard and even i found that my calls have no complaint registered .
