No Refund for Returned Damaged Product,

Hi Team,

I had ordered a Deluxe Canvas Foldable Wardrobe Cupboard from rediff.com Order no:-11600128 which was in damaged condition. They asked to return the order so that i can get the refund amount. Its has been more than a week now since i returned the order they have stopped replying my mails. There is no confirmation for the order refund status by them. Please help me regarding the same.
