Sir I brought lava iris x1 handset in last October, since I faced problems with this set, the problem is in its battery..
I have shown my handset at service center twice, every time they submitted my set for 2-days, but they wouldn’t have resolved my problem.
Even I told them that my phone’s battery is damaged so kindly change the battery please… Last time they told me that we have changed your battery but when I checked the battery was same because I had marked in my old battery..
Which was same..
Sir I am completely frustrated with their services, kindly take a right action against the company….
