We bought five units of panasonic air conditioner model number CS-UA18PKY split Ac .All the units were defective with gas chamber noise and low cooling and spoilt heating being an aircontioner with heating option .The service was done after 3 months of complaint registration .
The service of panasonic is not acceptable 3 months we did not have the heating facility and panasonic dint bother to change the part or replace for 3 months and now in the summer the cooling is also not good with no service .i would like panasonic to replace all the 5 units that we purchased
