I had ordered an aircooler via snapdeal on 24th May and it was due to be delivered on 29th May 2015.
The product has not been delivered till date that is 10th June .

This has been shipped via Bluedart ref no 57985959986.
The product has reached Kolkata on 30th May. However not yet delivered.
Please help me to sort it out.
