sir, i am using a vodafone postpaid[” no. 9167394673. Previously it was with the Tata Docomo. After getting a call from Vodafone executive i did port my no. from Tata docomo to Vodafone. At that point of time Vodafone executive offered me a plan in which she told me that company will provide 1000 local + std min. 500 msg and 500mb data with the speed of 3G in the monthly rental of 499 Rs. I had agreed and gotten a new sim card from vodafone. I started to use the Vodafone after few days i recieved a call/sms from Vodafone and that was saying my plan is different “double value”. I called to the customer care of vodafone and they people told me that other plan is activated on my no. in which offers are different. They also advised me to visit the Vodafone gallery. When i visited the Vodafone gallery and told the problem. Then the person who was advising me in the Vodafone gallery at Byculla shown me my scanned documents which i filled during the connection and i found that some pages has been changed only two or three places my original sign was there and on rest pages where plan was mentioned they did my fake signature which i dont use from a long time (actualy i used that sign on my PAN card only after that i never used that signature). I also put a mail to vodafone on 25.5.2013 and gotten an auto acknowledgement “Our customer service team will respond to your e-mail within 2 working days” but not recieved any call/sms/mail so far then i put a reminder mail again on 28.5.2015 and again i recieved an auto acknowledgement “Our customer service team will respond to your e-mail within 2 working days” but i have not recieved any reply from their side. You are hereby requested to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful. I woul be grateful to you.
