To Whom It May Concern
I, Akashdeep Bhattacharya, am a student of 3rd year MCA at Christ University, Bangalore and I applied for a YOU BROADBAND Connection on March 3rd, 2014 (03/05/2014).
MY CRF NUMBER IS : 591367 (PFA the Attachment of Customer Foil with this mail).
I payed Rs. 3930/- through cash to Mr. Prashanth (7204798602), one of the You Broadband agents, in order to get the connection.
But i did not get the connection till the month of May due to some reasons, which were not explained to me properly. I talked to the local team leader for several times and i was said to get the connection on every other day, but that did not happen.
Finally, I CANCELLED THE ORDER FOR CONNECTION ON FIRST WEEK OF MAY, and i was told that i shall receive my money back through a cheque.
However, I DID NOT GET THE CHEQUE BACK TILL TODAY (07/6/2015).
In between,I WAS SENT WITH AN INVALID CHEQUE that had a WRONG RECIPIENT NAME on it, which I sent back to the office through Mr. Prashanth with my ID proof and an application for re sending a valid cheque.
After all this, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY EVEN AFTER ITS BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR THAT I CANCELLED THE ORDER.
I HEREBY LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE MANAGEMENT OF YOU BROADBAND, BANGALORE for their irresponsible behavior towards customers AND DEMAND MY CASH BACK AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
