Wrong Internet charges

Respected Sir,

I had clearly instructed Vodafone via email to activate 3g on my cell 9819773419 on immediate basis.
Even after providing clear instructions 2 times via emails and also sms they fail to activate 1 gb 3g Internet on immediate basis.

Now they have send me the bill of internet charges of rs 6000.

I send this complaint and escalation to Vodafone multiple times but they will giving me stupid reasons and forcing me to pay the bills.

I am ready to pay the charges which are rightly charged but this is real stupidly and mistake from them but I have been charged for this

Pls help.
