Wrong Recharge Service

I have been received a message from aircel to recharge with ₹38 and get 500 MB 3g data for 15 days on 31st May 2015.when i have done the recharge i have got only 180 mb 3g data for 5 days.then i complained the customer care 3 days simontenously and everyday they told me that your problem will be solved today.but after 4 days the problem is till not solved.please help me.my no is 7098807406
