Airtel Datacard Payment problrm

Hi All,

I was using a airtel datacard. Datacard number is 8754423073. I am located in chennai. I was using this data card for 18 months. Since i moved to a new house i bought a Airtel Broadband. But Before paying the bill for my datacard i met with an accident and my leg git fractured. so could not pay my bills on time. By the time the collection executive came to my home second month bills also arrived. Total bill amount was Rs.2000. They told me that Pay Rs. 1800 and we can close the connection. So i payed Rs.1800 and recieved the bills. My connection also got disconnected. But now my wife is getting calls from Airtel customer care or the payment agency and they are tourchering her and ill treating her. they talking roudely to my wife. I need to raise a complaint. Can i go to court or what shall i do ?

This is getting lot of disturbance for my wife. My mobile number is 9789836062.
