icici bank is a fraud

I have a foreign remittance of 300 Euro to a friend of mine on 28th of may 2015 Thursday. Employee of Icici told me that the fund will reach the destined person on Friday, I called the bank on Friday and I got to know that the transfer was not done on Friday but it will be done on Saturday for sure, when I asked them is it possible to do a foreign transfer on Saturday then the person said it will be done on monday n funds will reach him on Monday for sure. I gave them several call today (monday). First they told me that the IBAN number is wrong( I have been sending money with the same IBAN number from a long time ) then they said as the IBAN is now ok your fund will reach him by today but still now I don’t see any positive response. The branch don’t receive call n after receiving the call they keep me on hold for 5 to 10mins. My funds still didn’t reach my friend n I still see it in my account. It takes 24 hours for a remittance was said by them. N now it is more than 4 days. The branch I m complaining about is icici branch of vip road kolkata.
