I bought for my office GTPL broadband. For which i have paid for one year unlimited plan of Rs. 15,000/- approx. They did connection and connection has been started. But my Out going mail has not started because i have my official a/c with Outlook for that they told me to open new port no.25.. As per their need they ask me to send mail with few details. I sent it that also than they asked for server detail but i do not understand that so i replied them through mail that what detail i do not get your need so send your person so solve my problem than after i talked with the person from whom i bought it he told me that the person will come. But for last six days no one have come and yesterday dated 29/05/2015 i talked with them to their customer care department they told me that person will come but till now no one have come. This kind of non productive response i used to get for 5 days. Today they told me that we do not have your any complain so how can we send some one. But if they take out their old records they will find my calls which i called everyday for last 5 days. They told me that calls are being recorded that also proved that how many times i called them but till now no response. My business is online i am loosing so many business everyday due to poor response. Please do the needful to me.
