I ordered Gauba traders Induction Cookware Set of 5 Pcs from ASKMEBAZAAR Order no DGA2023362.
The product i got is defective pieces all the handles are separated and loose and it cannot fix properly and the coating for the cokware is very bad.
I give complaint to them for returning my first compliant no is: QRC430267
one person from bluedart came on 2nd may and taken back my product bluedart no:14505345794.
after that again i called in consumer care of askmebazaar. i asked for refund of my money they told within 10 days after the return you will get at that time i got compliant no: QRC475395. afer two days again one person came from askmebazaar and asked for the product i want to return… then i told them i already returned that item….. From that time ownwards i called them around 7 times to ask for refund my money every time they willl tell we will refund……… on 24 may sunday again i called them they told me the product that i delivered is not received to us. but from Bluedart slip that invoice no i checked in site , it is shown the product is received n delhi on 4th may …so please accept my compliant and take necessary action as early as possible…. to get my cash back
