Very Bad Company to work

Hi Guys, I was working for Aciron Consulting Pvt Ltd as a test engineer. One day, I got sick and i sent a mail to the Nishant who works in Testing Department as a senior in the company . and i also told my colleague to inform them about me. when next day i went to office then they did not open my computer and told me to attend meeting. In the meeting, Nishant, Manish and I was present. Manish works in development as a senior. They told me that you are fired from the company because you did not call nishant and also you took a leave without permission. I told that i do not have nishant number or company number.that why i sent a mail. nishant was saying that i am your senior why i will call you if you will not come to office. thats your resposibilty not mine. And i ask one thing to them that am i not able to do good work in testing or my performance is not good. then tell me that work is good but only reason is that you did not call me so that i can not believe you when we have a complex task. Manish was saying that i hire the candidate by seeing candidate talking not by their knowledge. He said that i need a candidate who do not have knowledge that is fine but he should very good in respect to him. Finally i said that you should give a chance to improve a mistake that is not your good to fire without giving chance to improve. And, I will suggest that it is a very very bad company to work and If you will join this company then one day you will feel what i am talking to you. So please i request you not to join this company at any cost. Manish and Nishant both are frustrater, cruel and politician in that company.
