Gift not received & bad customer service.

A SONY PlayStation 3 was purchased from Planet-M, Saharaganj Store on 18/10/2014, Invoice Number: 7264. A speaker was promised as a part of your ongoing Diwali scheme within a month of purchase. I registered the product over Planet-M as asked, but din’t receive the gift product even after 2 months. So I contacted your staff personally and they dropped an email to the requisite in-charge and asked us to wait for a reply. Their was no reply particularly from Planet-M or the staff. I visited the store twice after and every-time the same deal. There was no information regarding why I couldn’t be delivered and now every time I try to contact the store, they hand up on me and rather not reply to any of my emails. I haven’t yet received the product and no response is been received from there side either.
