I was working with Aviral Classes, Dehradun from 1st January 2015-28th March 2015. They haven’t provided me any offer letter at the time of joining and didn’t gave till I was working there. Now when I left the institute they are asking me about the notice that I wasn’t aware of that I have to give or not. They have given me salary after one month and that also only of 13-14 days. I also did overtime in march but they haven’t paid me and when I asked the reason of deduction then they are saying that you haven’t gave us 15 days notice so the salary has been deducted. I told them that I don’t have any offer letter and I was not aware of giving notice to the company if they provide me offer letter then only i ll be able to give notice but still they didn’t paid me my full salary. Please help me in the issue and give suggestion that what should I do now.
