This to inform you that i took internet connection from Hathway broadband around 15 days back.
On the very first day of connection,the speedtest was showing 2mbps but the company guaranteed 50mbps speed.the technician said that the speed will increase by tomorrow.
Next day the internet stopped working and i made a complaint on customer care for refund.
After filing so many complaints daily.i didn’t get any refund response neither i got any improvement in the connection.when ever the internet works the speed is even less than 1mbps and not even enough to take the speed test.i called the Team Leader of hathway- Mr vikas many times but he never botherd to rectify the problems and later stopped picking up my calls.[MR Vikas-95-82-360632]
Ive made the payment of 3months i.e. Rs3000/- which the company is not returning and not listening to any of my complaints.
