HORRIBLE and ATROCIOUS customer service!!!
We had put in request for wifi installation on 14th May, sent all the relevant documents on 15th May as asked by airtel representative. The guy came on 16th May took 1000 rs and committed to come next day 2 pm. when we called him at 2 pm he said he s colleague is not answering the phone. after that he has not been picking up our calls. I called the customer care on 17th May he committed that my wifi will be installed on 18th May by 10 am and this is the deadline.
We received a call and a message on 19th May confirming the wifi will be installed in 3 working days. Today when WE called airtel, the customer representative said the wifi cannot be installed and we will issue refund in CHEQUE after staling us for 10 DAYS after confirming the installation in 3 working days.
