It’s been a month and no one helps me regarding serious network issue.
I had called customer care twice, they raise a complaint with SR No. 233075758, 233290306, 233469021.
Every time i receive reply “Your Request has been processed” however i have not received any call from support team at all.
(they are either fooling you, or making fake comments like (phone not answered, switched off etc.)
Note : I have ported all mobile numbers to reliance GSM and this issue is becoming serious day by day.
I appeal you to please get in touch with me personally and resolve this network issue ASAP! or I may have to approach higher authorities.
