The suborder 8073814908 was delivered well within the given date and the sub order 8073854912, was not even shipped as on 15th May. When contacted the SnapDeal, I got an answer saying it will be delivered on 15th as estimated before and only on my reluctance, they said they will look into the matter.
When I contacted the courier company on 18th May, I got a response saying it will be delivered on 18th itself as the parcel was received by Bangalore office.
for my surprise, when the item arrived my office premise on 19th May, I was denied the package by the couriers saying, SnapDeal has asked not to deliver the shipment as the amount reversal has been initiated by them for no reason.
I did reach out to SnapDeal before this date and had argued about the value of my invested money and in turn they denied the delivery of my parcel, which accounted in lot of mental agony for myself as it was a gift parcel for my personal family member.
I have lost my money, without having any interest to SnapDeal and in turn I also got the hectic mental agony from the retailer.
I would request you to take firm action and make sure such incidents never occur again from SnapDeal side. This will help a lot of people who daily suffer like me.
