Reliance Big TV connection out of order

I have got a Reliance Big TV dish connection. On 12.05.15, its transmission stopped. On 13.05.15 a complaint was lodged at toll 18002009001. It was informed that Rs.175/- shall be charged for this repair. The complaint will be attended in 48 hrs. I agreed to pay Rs.175/- with request to get early repair. But no one turned up on 13.05.15, 15.05.15 & 16.05.15 upto 11.00 hours. Several reminders have been sent but of no use. The service of the company is very poor. Complaint No. is 233265601.
