Thefting of customer money from account

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am using the Airtel digital TV from more than 1 year with the customer ID is 3014323829 as pre paid customer. Today i checked my account by on line and shocked because of M/s. Airtel is debited Rs.60 from my account without any information. And they replied over phone as “The amount is debited for IDLE MAINTENANCE Charges”. As a prepaid user i can do the recharge as per my convenient but M/s. Airtel is doing the cheating and debited my money with out any intimation. So, you are requested to check and do the needful for me.
