flight was delayed by 2 hrs and did not notify me till the last moment

Pathetic service and they always boast that they are on time. My wife with two small children were supposed to leave at 8.20 pm from Mumbai to Bangalore but till 10.20 pm flight take off. The cab booked for 10 o clock waited up to 11 pm and then cancelled. They didn’t notify me on time. I want compensation for my time waste and prepaid taxi rent. I was a frequent flyer in indigo. Now onwards I will never book from indigo. Pls don’t trust these cheaters
