i hav been wantin to write here since quite some time. i hav 2 mobile and 1 broadband connections of airtel. its very annoying to kno dat, inspite of non usage (broadband) and minimum usage (mobile), this telecom company sends me huge bills. when i call up the customer care, after hearin to my query, they either put me on hold or disconnect my call. i m nt able to visit any customer help desk because i m travellin right now.
i request you to kindly look into the matter. please help. thank you.
