I want to know whether customers have any values in the eyes of company.
You are running company at uppermost level but leaving customers rest with their products problems. I am totally Fed up with ur services after buying ur product. I am having voltas 1.5 ton split which I have purchased on 20/1/14. I got only one service from ur side which u have provided two in a year. I have complained so many times for cooling problems but every time ur technical assistant don’t tell me that what type of problem I have. He made little changes and told me it’s okay and there is no need of any service. But now I want to know that your technical assistant come in the month of January 2015 and at that I have complained for not cooling properly. He never told me about gas leekage due to condenser issues with that product. Now I used ur product in this April month and I surprised to know that there leakage of gas due to condenser which got faulty may be four to five months ago. At that time I have my warranty period of my product. This was the fault which your product have and your technician didn’t tell me in the duration of my four to five cooling complaints. Please go for further step and resolve my issues with this product otherwise I have to go for consumers form.
