hi my moto g 2nd gen submit in service center in 26 march they on 27 march they said physical damage in mother bored when i go to service center to see the damage they said we can not open the phone and you paid the mother board cost after change the board you can see the damage when i agree and paid the board cost but they can not replace the board for one month.when i call the costumer care they said board is not available
