when i purchased mts m blaze few months back, it promised to provide internet speed of 9 mbps but the performance has been consistently worst. i have complained several times about it but the perfomance is still the same. there is no consistency in the speed. most of the times it fluctuates between 50-350 kbps, while downloading sometimes it reaches 1.5mbps but only for few minutes. i am really not happy with its service. pls help me.
