I have done one an online shopping order no – S807546617 on 21 Feb 2015 and paid the required amount through net banking but, the product is still not received by me almost 2 month now. i have received their confirmation through SMS and email. but still not received the goods.
I have mailed several times and tried to contact but they are not responding at all,
After no response from whaaky i send a mail to cancelled my order on March 7th 2015, the very next mail received from whaaky that say that “We have received your complaint and we will ensure it is resolved soon.”
Now its April 26 no response from them. now i need my money back please help me to get the same back.
