Hello… It is quite annoying to see the behavior of NOKIA service centre’s in Bangalore. I happen to get my LUMIA 720 phone serviced at RT Nagar showroom today, the phone was out of Warranty (just 1.5 years) & after taking the phone for service, they demanded 50% of the price of phone for replacement of component, without any repair guarantee. When I resisted for repair & the phone which was working was returned DEAD.
My mistake to have opted for Authorized service for Minor complaint, their service Job card had certain terms & conditions which are more or less like Insurance policy, the ownership of damage remains with the customer.
The Manager was reluctant to address the issue, to register a complaint with TOLL Free nos I requested the Advisor to share the copy of Job card or IMEI nos which they refused to share. My phone is dead, I suspect the service center have replaced the working components from my phone with a dead one. The Display panel, Volume minus & touch screen was not assembled back the way I submitted the phone to them.
Have posted the same from FB, they seem to be active of FB, Plz take stern action against the agency.
