Sir, I have a motor insurance on reliance company. my policy no. is 9202742311002462. I have claim as on 26/08/2014. claim no. 2141112275. but survivor mr. sukhen sengupta ( emp code- 70171583) was misbehave me. so I cancel my claim and inform to survivor and customer care. next time send me a renewal notice. then I see NCB 0%. when I ask to customer care they reply that, company issue a cheque of few amount to me. but I have no receive any cheque. I can’t understand what is this? pls solve my problem asap.
