DEFECTIVE INDUCTION TOP UNIT

Dear Sir
I have purchased an induction top manufactured by Bajaj Electricals limited,from M/s Goyal, Asansol ,West Bengal on 25/03/2015.First time when we started cooking suddenly,the unit was out of order and got short circuited.After this incident I directly went to service centre in Asansol,(name of the service centre is SERVICE PLAZA,ASANSOL) and I got the captioned unit repaired on 01/04/2015. Again within a difference of 2 days the unit was suddenly stopped working while cooking. with a small fire and a burst the stopped its functioning,and again short circuited the entire electric connection.that is on 05/04/2015.Immediately after the incident I mail to their customer care,I received reply mail on 06/04/2015,asking me for complaint no. Again I wrote them that I did not make any complain as because the same accident happens two times within a week please you advice me what to do. In a return mail I have been instructed to complain through customer care no 022-4128000,and I did it. one mobile message I received in the form of ‘your Bajaj Electricals call no 6715967-1 has been assigned to SERVICE PLAZA, ASANSOL”.After two or three days one engineer attend to my house and examined the unit and taken away the main parts (as the engineer told me) of the unit and assured me that very soon i got the unit repaired. But Sir I am sorry to say till date I have not got it repaired nor any response from SERVICE PLAZA or from Bajaj Electricals limited.I think this is one type of cheating with me.My request to you please take the matter at your end.
