I have ordered micromax canvas knight a350 from snapdeal, they confirmed my order on 21st april and sent me mail regarding my order confirmation but on 24th april i received a mail from their side that your order has been cancelled. When i contacted them in consumer care they have not taken any action about my complaint , i have done same thing 2-3 times but they didnt took my my request seriously.
