I disconnected my BSNL landline connection for pH.040 24241525, In connection with my house shift in August 2014. Initially I applied for shift, but BSNL rejected the shift with the reason that they don’t have free lines to accommodate my connection, hense they asked to disconnect as they are help less.
My account is having deposit of rs.2000+, and this was settled on October 2014, via list no.712 and SL no.1.
But, so far I not received cheque or DD for my deposit. BSNL gave me a local number and contact person name (Jafar, 040_24554422),but every time I am getting response that cheque or DDs are not yet prepared. Its almost 10 months time from the date of disconnection.
This BSNL levie charges for late payments to customers if bill was not paid in due time. But, when its their turn they are not bothering the time to pay customer dues.
Please take required action on this issue and make them to settle my amount quickly. Please bing BSNL into justice.
