complain about to have cheated by renowned telecom organisation

I have a complain against reliance communication that is on 9th april 2015 I recharged with a data plan Rs. 177 where the benefits are unlimited facebook, whatsapp, twitter along with 1GB extra data balance for 30 days and I was asked by their representative that I can browse internet in 0 balance and I was getting the benefits since beginning. But today suddenly I was not able to access internet where It is just 14 days over I had recharged. I called up their customer care complain desk and they told me that I exhausted my 1GB data balance which is quite impossible. Because I rarely browse other website apart from facebook and whatsapp. In the same time I was unable to visit facebook and whatsaap where it is unlimited free for 30 days. they told me that I have 0 balance thats why I could’nt access facebook whatsapp. they asked me to keep atleast 20paisa in my main account where the benefit is for 0 balance. They said the benefit has changed which has taken place without any prior notice and not mentioned in the plan details. then I recharged with Rs.10. But when I am trying to login my facebook and whatsapp it is deducting my main balance. Then I called again their cust care number 198. the representatives tried to provide some wrong info with their tricky process then they said if I try to browse facebook whats app my balance will be deducted. they cannot provide me the proper resolution and didn’thelp me. when I told them that I am going to complain in consumer forum they replied that yes I can do whatever I want. They didn’t care it at all. it is like consumer forum donot have power to take any step against them and they will not listen to me. I had to recharge again with Rs.177.

I am very disappointed that in our country we are here to experience such incident and general people are suffering with this kind of fraudelent activities by such a renowned organisation.
