I am very much frustrated and disappointed with online shopping at Naptol.com . I booked an order no: 14000279 on 09/04/2015 over telephone for Aluminium secure wallet which was showcased on the T.V the same day and it was demonstrated that it is original and waterproof . The same day I got a call from meerut office after 5-10 minutes that they have received my secure wallet parcel and wanted to deliver to me the same day however the executive whom I booked the order with told me that it will take 24-48 hrs to get my product delivered to me . This quick delivery was questioned by me with the merrut local delivery/ franchisee of naptol who told me that the item is delivered to them in 2 hrs apx from Delhi which they deliver it to their customer. I told them to get it delivered to me the next day and they delivered then this product to me on 10/04/2015. I was not allowed to open the product infront of the delivery guy as he denied me to do so. Later on when I cheked the product I found that it was only Plastic case , it was not an Alluminum case which was told on tv and more over it was not waterproof . Some of my important documents along with Indian currencey notes became wet into that case which was claimed that it is water proof. It shocked me and I contatected the naptol.com and filed a complaint there. It was disgraceful to speak with naptol.com people. They could not resolve the issue one of them was Mr Ravi who was supposed to be a manager, he assured me that I will get a call back and my issue will be resolved in 24-48 hrs as I asked him to compensate me as they have cheated me and let me down just by sending this useless , insecure wallet which was not alluminum . it was polished alluminium only. I am very much disappointed . None of the Naptol.com officer tried to contact me in 24-48 as I was promised by their executive stating that they have filed a complaint for me. I am feeling insulted and disgraced and cheated by naptol.com. I would want a solution along with a good amount of compensation on top additional benefits to value a customer and to let them learn a lesson not to cheat their customer in future. None of the Naptol.com officer bothered about to resolve my problem , I contacted them personally they did not worry to turn back or follow up with me. I requested Naptol.com to provide me the tv recording and my call recordings so that if I go court I can get the proof with me however they wanted me to return the product that I denied for and told them if they don’t resolve my problem it will be proof with me . Naptool is really a poor customer service provider as per my bitter and worst experience. Please help me to teach them a lesson along with getting my physical, mental and social loss fulfill at least to compensate me.
