Fraud bills, and disgusting ways to get the fraud bill payed by harrasment

I was an old customer of vodafone ,my no.7769871360, first i had prepaid than i use to get several calls to change it into postpaid, They use to say this and that to get it postpaid, i gave a chance, after turning it into postpaid, first month i got an proper bill of 500 rs, appx, bt after that the bill started growing into more amounts every month, like 1500 rs, than 2000 rs, than 2500 rs, i payed the bills, bt i had a doubt so i checked jan 2015 bill i got an one wrong charges added abt 300-400 rs, the customer care executive said it will be revised in the next bill, after that to check them again i kept my add on simcards in my wallet, then saw in the next bill there was usage on those add on sim cards, it cant be possible, than i got believed that i have been loooted by the company from past bills too. So i went to the Vodafone store to stop this all sim cards, they didnt co-operate by saying that Your dad has to come in the store , now my dad goes out for site works, he cant come for this thing , so they didnt stop the service and kept it going as i stopped using the service from the day i knew its fraud company, after that they kept on calling 5-6 tyms a day by different people, than sometimes i got a call from shivajinagar court , some Mr.Pawar talked in a Goonda language, so this is VODAFONE very harassing, please help me.Thank you.
