wrong offers was send on numbet

I am Pramod.Reliance was cheated with me 2times in last 15 days. First time they offer me 1gb data in 73 rupees for 10 days, but I received only 300data.after activation customer support executive said such offer not more.
After that at 15 April they send me following message
