I have been using MTNL broadband since July. Earlier it was doing as per my paid plan. But since april it has been the worst kind of service i have ever got. I have a plan of 2 MBPS upto 12Gb and then 1 MBPS for the rest of the month. But since April 5 i am getting only 100-150 KBPS speed. Cannot open a single website with that speed and if you are lucky enough to open something the connection will drop within 5 minutes. The customer care have no idea whats the fault, they will ask you to switch of your router and then again switch it on. I have been complaining for the last 12 days and i almost have 4-5 complain number for the same problem. SO disgusting service and customer care provided by MTNL. Well if you can’t provide the service you promised then you should shut down your service. There is no point in collecting people’s hard earned money for the sake of service which you are not providing.
