I purchase a Phone of Micromax Casvas 2 colour A-120 Model. Before 2 month my phone is stopped working properly then i submit my phone at service centre of Micromax. After submitted my phone at company , they will unable to solve the problem and he gave me another model Micromax A-121 instead of A-120 after more than 1 month.And that phone he gave me is having lots of problems and again i submit my phone at service centre.After 15 days company give me a call and tell me that the part of faulted phone is not available.And time taken for this is more than 15 days.If the phone having the lots of problems then why he gave me the faulted phone. And i am not purchase the phone to gave it on service centre.Sir till 2 months i am in serious trouble please help me.
