HP Bag Quality Issue

Hi,

I had ordered a HP Pavilion Bag on 4th April assuming an original HP product as the product was having the logo however after getting the products, it looks nowhere like original. The logo stick to the bag is all fade and the side portion is even tattered.

The finishing of the product is also a very serious concern as the bags looks slanted.

It looks like have been made fool of the investment. Request you to treat this as a serious product complain and looking for my cash refund.

Would also mailed to infibeam but there is no response from that side.
