As per promotion scheme, any one ear free ride after refer Uber service to friend or relative.
I had earned 8 free rides ant it has to expire on after 3 months. They had credited my account with 8 free rides, but after 10 days they have wiped out my free rides. When I asked them, they dont have any satisfactory reason. Now, I constantly request them to re credit my free rides. But they did not reply to mail.
It seem that it is totally fraud. Even I am getting mail to refer their promotional scheme to earn free rides.

I want to give you solution to this problem. You had to set limit for coupons. If someone cross the particular limit then he will not get free ride. But you have lapse earned free rides which indicates your clear intention to fool the customer.

It means that your company should keep the limit for free rides.
If your company have not done any precaution to handle this situation than how can you blame anyone towards violation of Terms of Service. If you guys have not sufficient information then it gives you rights to blame customers.
However, customers have to suffer due to your deficiency in service. It would be create worse situation for your Brand Image. I have circulated your scheme to spreading awareness and you guys are lapsing my free rides. So do you think that I will do the advocacy for your brand?
Anyway, I will raise this issue to your higher authority.

Hi Santosh,
I am afraid I do not have further info as this is a system generated flag with no manual intervention in the process. Our system is the same across the 200+ cities that we operate in. It flags suspicious accounts and disables the application of promotions on these accounts, and in some cases even cuts off access to these accounts.
I hope you can understand that these security features need to be built in to prevent misuse of our services and to prevent users from creating accounts for the sole purpose of taking free rides. You might not have had that intention, however, the system cannot differentiate between the two situations and frankly, there really is no way for anyone else to distinguish the two either.
I am afraid I really cannot be of any more help with this than I already have, which is to say, that I have ensured you continue to have uninterrupted access to our services.
