TATASKY no services provided and False information by Call center Executives

Hi,
This is rameshbabu using tatasky service since last 3 years. Recently I was unable to view regional channels.So I raised

request for services.I was called many times and I was raised many request through online.but one come for resolve the

issue but the executive (call center folks) said wrong information that it will resolve by 24 -48 hrs but still iam acing

the dame issue.and all my tickets were closed without any resolve.

So please do any action on that services and please do needful thing for customers.

I have all proofs.
