non credit of amount

Sir,
I ( mob no.9326602252) am a custumer of reliance CDMA since 13 Feb 2015.now company refuse to add credit as per initial plan I.e.₹35 first month 30 second month &₹25 third month.i have made several calls to custmer care but no clear reply found.No complaint being taken by them.pls help me.
