I had ordered online three products on 5th of March 2015 through ‘yepme’ with order Id – 12439593, 12439594. I had paid the amount online through netbanking. Neither I have got the products nor refund yet. Its a month gone and I haven’t been provided with an exact solution. Whenever I have talked to the representatives, they have just tried to ignore me and demanded time from me to wait only. They haven’t provided me a better solution to this problem. They just tried to ignore me by just saying, “These are third party products, so we can’t do anything regarding this, you will have to talk to the third party toll free no. and get the problem solved there only. The third parties are – Fashionara and Prateek apparel.” I have tried to talk to Fashionara and there I haven’t got any response. Here also I was ignored by just saying ,”We have not any proper information regarding this, let me call you within 30 minutes – 1hr back so that we give you the latest updates.” And the call never comes. I have not been given the contact no. of Prateek apparel. When I have shopped with Yepme then what do I do with the third parties!! I only know Yepme and it has to only sort out the problem. Why should I deal with the third parties? That’s none of my business. It’s a case of fraud only. I am fed up with all these and I want the last solution. Please help me to reach the best solution to this problem..
