Mobile not yet delivered

Hi,

i ordered a mobile in mulyashop.com through online and made the payment. ordered on 21/12/2014. till now no mobile is delivered. i ask for the payment refund also. finally they refund is process is completed on 01/31/2015 00:00:00. the amount is not yet refunded to my account. kindly help me to get back the money to me.
