Wallet balance automatic zero

@Paytm why u r do pathetic about customer??? I face a serious problem…my wallet balance automatically zero..help me. ……10-4-2015, my wallet balance become zero……..after noon I get OTP automatic…..I don’t care this, after 2hour letter….when I check my balance ,I socked my balance become bill.
