Incorrect Balance

I tallied all my transactions from date 4/3/15 when i received Rs 5109 credit from Shopclues. I had total spending of Rs 2122, where as got credit of Rs37. Which means my balance should have been 5109 – 2122 + 37 = 3024. But its showing my wallet balance of Rs 2228.2. Also lot of my cash backs for purchase from shopclues are not processed yet. I cannot raise a ticket to credit cash backs.. This time I am going to raise an official complaint and this is just an intimation.
