I have applied on line for a matrix post paid sim on 6 Apr. I have paid Rs 223 as the activation charges. I was informed that the sim will be delivered in 48 hrs. But letter on I was informed that I have to deposit the copy of creditcard. As i am not holding any credit card I have given an option of debit card. I was told to deposit 6000/- cash ( which was no where mentioned in the site) as a security deposit. When I approach customer care I was even denied refund of Rs 223 from the nodal offr Shashank Gautam. I have not received any satisfactory reply from any matrix authorities. Copy of reply recevied Dear Lt Col Garg, This is in reference to our telephonic conversation and below email. As discussed over the phone, at the time of SIM card delivery our executive had informed you about the security deposit required for the post paid connections. We do require a security deposit of INR 6000 cash/cheque or a copy of credit card for the auto debit procedure post bill generation. We do not charge payment from debit cards and also we do not accept post dated cheques for the security deposit, as we deal into International SIM cards. Further, we would not be able to refund the online purchase charges, as these are non-refundable. Also, this information is explicitly mentioned in the terms and conditions you have accepted at the time of purchasing this connection. Hope, it addresses your concern raised. Thanks & Regards, Shashank Matrix Cellular International Services Pvt. Ltd. 7 Khullar Farms, Mandi Road Mehrauli, New Delhi – 110030 Tel: 011- 26800000
