We bought the IFB washing machine in Hyderabad during 2008 and the same was under warranty period. On 14.04.2010 the machine was struck up while it is on & we inform the call centere and they booked the complaint registration. MY COMPLAINT REGISTRATION NO. 4400402 DATED 16.04.2010. After one week the Service centre personnel taken away our washing machine for repair but so far they have not given back and not responding our calls. Kinldy look into our matter solve our issue.
